The present invention relates to a laparoscopic grasper; which enables to grasp the tissues or organs of the patient or take samples in laparoscopic surgical operations; and which basically comprises at least one outer shaft which is passed through the small incision broached on the patient's body, at least one jaw , which is located at the outer end part of the outer shaft inserted into the patient's body, and which, upon closing movement thereof, can grasp an organ or tissue of the patient, at least one inner shaft which is located inside the outer shaft and which transfers force for closing or opening of the jaw , a lever mechanism, which is located between the inner shaft and the jaw , and which enables the jaw to perform an opening and closing movement with a pin centered rotational movement by means of the linear movement of the inner shaft , at least one smart material , which is connected to the end of the inner shaft opposite to the end where the jaw is located, at least one trigger which is located on the handle and which allows passing of electric current for formation of heat on the smart material proportionate to the force applied by the user thereon.
